|Recommended: YesExcellent, secure, quiet, well maintained environment with a full professional staff. — At Westminster Towers, comfort and peace of mind is affordable. With a professional office staff and grounds men who cater to your welfare, safety and concerns. It is within proximity of all needed amenities, 512, I-5, JBLM, a breathtaking view of Mt. Rainier and just minutes away from downtown Tacoma. I would give Westminster Towers a 5 star. Thanks to the amiable and professional office staff - Svetlana and Nicole.
|Recommended: YesAmazing staff dedicated to their residents — I have lived at WestMinster Towers for about 9 months so far and I have always felt welcomed here. The neighbors are nice and when things happen out of the ordinary they are there to fix the problem. The staff is very welcoming and they know you by name. All in all this place is safe and well taken care of, I love it here!

|Recommended: YesCome see it for yourself! — I was told not to rent in this area because of the crime rate, but I beg to differ I have not had a problem since moving here. See for yourself!!
|Recommended: YesA great apartment in an ok town. — Overall, excellent. Parkland isn't so great, but Westminster Towers itself is the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. The only problem I've had is ants, but the office has been very responsive and helpful in getting rid of them.
|Recommended: YesIt's a great place to live — It is a great place to live, and the staff is pretty helpful. It is conviently located and I have no troubles with any of my nieghbors. Most of the time it is very quiet. On the weekends is when people are louder, however they quiet down before it gets too late.
|Recommended: YesIt is an awesome living environment, with professional staff. — At Westminister Towers, being a resident is to be living in style, comfort and having peace of mind. The staff of Westminister Towers is excellent, trained, amiable and competent. The environment is well kept, well maintained, secure and is close to all available needs: transportation, restaurants, attractions, schools and services. It is also quiet, pet friendly; noise is kept minimal and it is kids friendly.
|Recommended: YesI love the customer service up at the front desk by Nichole! Keep it up!=) — I love it, its just hardly any parking if you working in the military and have long hours. Finding one is kinda tough. Good luck!
|Recommended: YesClean and friendly staff — Its great, the apartments are a little loud with the freeway being so close but you get use to it.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful view and grounds. — I love living here.
|Recommended: YesHandicapped shouldn't have to pay to park close to there apt — I enjoy living here,
|Recommended: YesI am almost sure that there are plans to renovate the the gym to a larger size, more exercise equipment to accomodate more people, not to forget that an indoor pool has no need to be closed during the winter. — The best of the rest in this area, I could find. very balanced, approachable and friendly staff, trustworthy maintenance workers. Clean, quiet and relaxed athmosphere except for a few tenants who just have to blast their music.
|Recommended: YesNot good for anyone on graveyard or on a budget. — These are the best apartments that I have ever lived in. Maintenance is quick and reliable, the staff and neighbors are all polite and it is absolutely worth it if you can afford the price and only have one car. They keep up on the beautiful landscaping year round, and it's really a nice place to come home to. That being said, here are my concerns: Parking is horrific if you don't pay for a reserved spot, which seems to me like something that should be included already... I can hear the highway pretty well from my living room, but if you've lived in the city before, it's easy to tune out just as easy as tuning out the heavy footsteps of the elephants that are surely living above me. I said they keep up on the landscape, which again, is gorgeous, however EXTREMELY impractical for anyone who works a graveyard shift, like my fiance. The windows are very thin and it is impossible to block out the obnoxiously loud equipment they use for hours on end, right next to the bedroom window.. This is anything from leaf blowing to pressure washing the siding. Last is the price. It's almost worth the grand a month I pay for the kind neighbors and staff, comfort and security that most apartments don't provide. however if you could see how overwhelmingly SMALL my one bedroom is, you'd probably agree it isn't worth the money I'm paying every month. There is barely enough room for one person to navigate, let alone two, and entertaining more than one person is next to impossible. Given the aforementioned circumstances this is not an ideal choice for anyone on a budget or anyone who works nights.
|Recommended: YesWTA Awesomeness! — The apartments are very quiet, well-maintained, and have an amazing staff. This has been our first choice while doing apartment searching in Parkland and Puyallup. We have visited many other places (about 10 others) near the area around PLU, and these apartments offer the right essentials that we have been looking for: gated community, self-laundry units, covered parking, and especially very pet-friendly! Also, the apartments include a swimming pool, hot-tub, and a fitness center. We have made the right choice and we love it here very much! :)
